Yoga is a practice that combines breathing, meditation, and physical postures to improve health and well-being, strength, mobility  and flexibility

 

Yoga is a personal form of exercise that allows a participant to focus on what is most important to them during a session. It could be letting go of the day, trauma recovery,  having some me time, injury recovery, pushing your bodies limits, flexibility or introspection, it is your space in that 60 min to work on what you want with guidance from the teacher.

A typical class works through a series of postures also known as a flow sequence .  A teacher guides students through each posture and assists where and if needed.

Lessons are 60min long with the option to do a monthly membership or drop-in classes. There are 10 students per class. Lessons are by appointment and can be booked online.

 

It is ideal for people with certain injuries, elderly, people, people who struggle with mobility or anyone who wants to participate.  Students do not need any previous experience.
