Aqua or water aerobics, is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises in a pool. 

It is ideal for people with joint problems, elderly, people suffering from obesity and those who enjoy exercising in the water.  

Students do not need to be able to swim to participate in aqua aerobics.

A typical class is done to music and consist of a warm up followed session focus  and cooldown.

Lessons are 60min long with the option of a monthly membership or drop in classes. There are 10 students per class . Lessons are by appointment and can be booked online.
