Baby swimming is an activity where babies are introduced to water in a safe and fun environment with their parents . It can help babies bond with their parents, develop confidence, and teaches a respect for water.
Swimming lessons is not a guarantee against drowning , babies, toddles and children must always be supervised when near or in water!
Our trained and qualified teacher are in the pool during their lesson to support, guide and instruct parents with their babies through the curriculum during the lessons.
The lesson structure comprises 12 different exercises all pertaining to swimming. These exercises are repeated at every lesson. As and when your baby/toddler progress with in their lessons as they grow and develop. Each and every child is an individual and progresses at their own pace. As children progress they will graduate to the learn to swim programme.
Early introduction to water helps develop a child physically, mentally and emotionally.

Lessons are 30min long with the option to do once or twice a week. There are 4 parents with babies per teacher. Lessons are by appointment and run on a set schedule.
